Kerman (IP) - Iran's president traveled to Jiroft, Kerman Province, southeastern Iran, on Friday, to closely monitor the situation of the flood victims and the services provided.

Iran PressIran News: Upon arrival from his two-day trip to Russia, President Ebrahim Raisi called the governor-general of Kerman to inquire about the latest flood situation in the southern regions of the province.

In this telephone call, the president followed up the flood damage and the temporary accommodation of the victims with the governor-general of Kerman and instructed the governor-general of the necessary instructions to expedite the provision of services to the flood victims.

Also on Thursday evening, Gholamhossein Esmaili, President's Chief of Staff, had a phone call with the Interior Minister and the governor-general of Kerman from Moscow to inquire about the situation of the flood victims.
