Tehran (IP) - The Minister of Oil of the Islamic Republic of Iran announced a $4 billion investment in petroleum refinery projects in Iran.

Iran PressIran news: Iranian Oil Minister Javad Owji said today (Saturday) that a $4 billion consortium will support the petro-refinery project.

The Iranian oil minister referred to the "Tabesh" oil products transfer pipeline and added: "The new pipeline is an economic project that will transport 150,000 barrels of oil products per day."

Owji also said that the pipeline would transport petroleum products produced by the Persian Gulf Star refinery through the three provinces to the northeast of the country.
