However, in addition to the continuation of the blame game and the large volume of psychological operations conducted by the Western media, the European delegations have played a largely passive role. The constant absences of the Western senior diplomats and the change of negotiators have further caused the talks to be interrupted losing the expected pace.
Nevertheless; due to the insistence of the Iranian side, the negotiations are moving in the right direction and in a professional atmosphere. If there is enough political will by the Western side necessary and decisions are made more quickly, especially by Washington, it is possible to reach an agreement within a reasonable time frame.
