Iran logs 58 new coronavirus deaths

Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Saturday that 58 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 130,661.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to December 11, 2021, 6,152,524 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,963,373 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 1,681 cases, of whom 286 were hospitalized.

3,126 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

In the past 24hours, Iran's 19 provinces reported minimum death cases (either one death case or no COVID-19 victim).

So far, 39,951,481 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, the condition of 8 cities are orange, 119 are yellow, and 321 are blue zones. There is no red zone. So far, 58,595,066 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 49,157,835 have received the second dose, 2,237,841 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 109,990,742 doses.

Nineteen provinces reported almost no death case or only one dead round the clock.
