Iran Press/ Iran News: Ruhollah Latifi added: 37 million and 358 thousand and 490 dollars of saffron in packages of more than 30 grams have been exported to 51 countries, China with 24 thousand and 519 kilograms worth 13 million and 359 thousand and 746 dollars, Spain with 17 1,606 kg and worth 7,567,570 dollars are in second place and the UAE with 11,825 kg worth 5,794,821 dollars are in third place.
The spokesman of Iran's customs also said: during the period, 359 kilograms of saffron powder in packages of less than 10 grams and 10 to 30 grams were exported to 17 countries, of which Sweden, Spain, Germany, UAE, and Italy were the most significant buyers.
