Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Monday that 105 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 128,272.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings, a total number of 6,045,212 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,708,253 of the infected people recovered. 

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 7,494 cases, out of whom 1060 patients were hospitalized.  

3,491 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU). 

So far, 37,146,083 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran. 

According to the latest analysis, 26 cities are red, 87 are orange, 222 are yellow, and 113 are blue zones. 

So far, 55,860,065 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 42,619,788 have received the second dose, and 562,756 have received their third dose, with the total number of vaccines injected in the country reaching 99,042,609 doses.
