Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Khatami

Tehran (IP) - The leader of Friday Prayers said that Iran would return to the nuclear talks only in case of lifting all sanctions.

Iran PressIran News: Presenting the Friday Prayers sermons, Ayatollah Seyyed Ahmad Khatami pointed to the insistence of the US on renegotiating the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), and stressed that the United States withdrew from JCPOA and it must first return to JCPOA to fulfill its commitments.

Khatami said Iran's approach to the JCPOA was clear and fixed and never accepted erosive negotiations over the agreement.

Tehran's leader of Friday Prayers also highlighted the US malice against Iran, especially the recent case of the oil tanker, and noted showing greenlight to enemies and cooperating with them is a gross example of a sin that should be prevented.
