Iran Press/ Iran News: Karim Hemmati stated that the consignment was delivered to the officials of the Iranian Health Ministry at Imam Khomeini Airport on Sunday.
According to Hemmati, 6 million doses of COVID vaccine were imported to Iran this time.
He announced that with the entrance of this consignment, the Iranian Red Crescent Society had imported 58,390,000 doses of COVID vaccine.
So far, 44,378,234 Iranian people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 18,600,554 have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 62,978,788 doses.
