Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Friday that COVID-19 had claimed 445 lives during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 113,380.

Iran PressIran news: 5,258,913 people in the country have been infected with coronavirus, and 4,509,905 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 21,114 cases, out of whom 3,187 patients were hospitalized.

7,418 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 30,017,378 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 246 cities are red, 144 are orange, and 58 are yellow zones.

So far, 21,753,020 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 11,696,569 have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country has reached 33,449,589 doses.
