Baghdad (IP) – Spokesman for Kata'ib Hezbollah said that Iraq would not have succeeded in expelling American troops without Iran's help.

Iran PressMiddle East: "Despite the fact that the Iraqi nations is resilient and does not accept the continued presence of American forces, we must admit that we have failed in all efforts to counter the American presence in Iraq; therefore, without the help of Iran, Iraq would not have succeeded in expelling American troops," Mohamed Mohi stated.

He also said US forces currently have no choice but to retreat since the resistance axis in Iraq has become so vast.

The American occupying forces have been stationed in Iraq since 2003, and the Iraqi people and groups have repeatedly demanded their withdrawal; the country's parliament has already approved a bill for the withdrawal of these forces.
