Mashhad (IP) - The ritual of reciting the sermon on the night of the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS) was held in full compliance with the health protocols for COVID -19 in the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS) in Mashhad, the capital of Khorasan Razavi province, northeastern Iran.

Iran PressIran news: Due to the COVID-19 red state in Mashhad, the sermon reading ceremony on the night of Ashura of Hosseini (AS) was held with the small presence of the servants of the holy shrine of Imam Reza (AS).

This year, the holy shrine of Razavi has not hosted mourning groups on the day of Tasu'a and Ashura of Hosseini (AS) due to the outbreak of the fifth wave of the Coronavirus.
