8% growth in Iran steel production: worldsteel

Tehran (IP): The World Steel Association (worldsteel) announced in its latest report that in the first six months of 2021, Iran produced 15 million tons of steel, which shows an 8% increase compared to the same period in 2020.

Iran PressIran News: The World Steel Association announced in the report that Iran's steel production in June 2021 compared to the same period last year increased by 1.9 percent to 2.5 million tons. 

According to the report, in February 2021, Iran ranked tenth among the world's largest steel producers, maintaining the ranking.
