Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Ministry announced on Wednesday that COVID-19 had taken the lives of 195 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 87,161.

Iran PressIran news: According to the latest data, the total number of COVID-19 patients in the country reached 3,523,263, of which 3,135,060 of them have recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 22,184 cases, out of whom 2,012 patients were hospitalized.

4,306 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 25,044,984 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 169 cities are red, 166 are orange, and 113 are yellow zones.

So far, 6,179,224 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 2,268,826 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 8,448,070 doses.
