Arak (IP): The Armenian ambassador to Tehran visited the industrial city of Arak, the center of Iran's Markazi province, to get acquainted with the industrial and economic capacities of this city with the aim of expanding economic cooperation between the two countries.

Iran PressIran news: On Sunday, Artashes Toumanian visited 4 industrial units during a one-day visit to Arak and participated in a joint meeting of economic activists in Markazi province.

The Ambassador of Armenia in Tehran visited the various stages of production of milk and dairy products with mechanized machines in Pegah dairy (a dairy production Company) in Arak.

He also visited the Abyar Machine Pars Industrial Company (manufacturer and operator of pressurized irrigation systems) in Arak, getting acquainted with the capabilities of this Iranian company.

On the sidelines of the visit, Toumanian said that Armenia's cooperation with Iran was of great importance in various dimensions, especially economic, and that the Islamic Republic of Iran had a good situation among Armenia's neighboring countries.

He stated that Iranian traders export their goods to Armenia easily and that Iran and Armenia could export their goods to other countries by providing an efficient mechanism.
