Armenia (IP): The Minister of Economy of Armenia, in a meeting with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Armenia, underscored the expansion of economic cooperation between the two countries.

Iran Press/ Asia: In a meeting with the Ambassador of Iran to Armenia Abbas Zohuri, the Minister of Economy of Armenia Vahan Kerobyan said: "The joint economic plans of the two countries should be implemented as soon as possible."

The Iranian ambassador to Armenia also said during the meeting that the Iranian side had developed a roadmap in this regard that could help implement the joint plans of the two countries.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the cooperation between Iran and Armenia in the fields of trade, industry, pharmacy, tourism, and export and import development, stressing the importance of expanding provincial cooperation.

Vahan Kerobyan also emphasized the importance of cooperation between the two countries in the field of pharmacy.

Abbas Zohuri also announced the readiness of Iranian companies to participate in the construction of the north-south road of Armenia, which starts from the joint border of Iran and Armenia and extends to the joint border of Armenia and Georgia.
