Iran’s ambassador to Oman:
Political participation in elections; sign of national strength

Muscat (IP): The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Oman said political participation and elections are signs of cohesion, development, and national strength.

Iran Press/Middle East: Simultaneously with the 13th Presidential Election in Iran, with the efforts of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Muscat, the election process began for the participation of Iranians living in Oman.

Ali Najafi, the Iranian Ambassador to Oman, on Friday, after casting his vote in ballot box thanked the Omani government for the good cooperation with the Iranian embassy in providing the ground for the election.

The Iranian ambassador to Oman called the presidential election important for the fate of the country.

According to Saeed Khatibzadeh, Spokesman for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the presidential election is underway in 134 countries with 234 ballot boxes.

According to him, there are no ballot boxes for election in Canada due to the miscunducts of the Ottawa government, Yemen due to the siege, and Singapore due to Coronavirus pandemic.
