Tehran (IP) - Political Deputy Foreign Minister and the head of the Iranian negotiating team in the Vienna talks briefed the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission members in parliament.

Iran PressIran news: Abolfazl Amoui, the spokesman for the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the parliament, said that Abbas Araghchi briefed the members on the fifth round of talks on Vienna talks to revive the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on Wednesday evening, adding that the writing of texts for a final draft had become a little clearer and more accurate.

"Some sanctions on individuals, entities, and economic sectors have remained unresolved, which the negotiating team insists on resolving," the spokesman quoted Araghchi as saying.

He said that the next round of Vienna talks would begin in the coming days.

"After the lifting of all sanctions and its verification, the Islamic Republic of Iran is ready to return to its commitments," Amoui noted.
