Iran Press/ Middle East: Syria's official Sanaa news agency reported that the Syrian army's air defense had intercepted and destroyed several missiles over Damascus.
According to SANA, the missiles were fired by Israeli fighter jets.
The Israeli fighter jets carried out the attack from Lebanese airspace.
Al-Alam also reported the activation of the Syrian air defense in the central Syrian province of Homs.
