Iran Press/Middle East: "The world and the Arabs must know that Israel is a big liar" Ziyad Al-Nakhalah said.
Saying that the "Operation al-Quds Sword is a sword that should not be sheathed," Ziyad Al-Nakhalah added: "We entered the war and conflict with the occupying regime and we know that this battle is costly, but the battle is the only way to achieve freedom and protect Quds and the Palestinian nation."
He then addressed the oppressed people of Palestine saying: "You (Palestinians) today have put the Zionist enemy in a historic impasse after seventy years of misery."
Ziyad Al-Nakhalah also stated that countries that have remained silent in the face of Israeli crimes should know that the regime came to the Gaza Strip with the most advanced US-made weapons, while the missiles of the resistance groups are made using water pipes.
"Let the world and the Arabs know that we are under siege even it comes to our own bread, while the United States is importing a lot of weapons to kill more of our people," he said.
"While we went to war knowing that this action was costly," Nakhaleh continued. But we know that this is the only way to liberate and protect the Holy Quds and the people. We were faced with two options; Either we surrendered and gave everything to the occupiers or we fought them everywhere.
The Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement of Palestine also stressed: "We defend the Holy Quds against any insult and desecration."
The new round of attacks by the Israeli regime on Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa Mosque began as of Eid al-Fitr and continued with rockets and airstrikes on the besieged area of the Gaza Strip.
