Tehran (IP) – Registration for the 13th round of the presidential election will run for five days at Interior Ministry, after which entrants will be evaluated for their political and Islamic qualifications by the Guardian Council.

Iran Press/Iran News: Among the nominees for the 13th Presidential Election, is Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Iran's sixth President from 2005 to 2013. Volunteers have the opportunity to register by attending at Interior Ministry for five days.

In response to Iran Press' question on his foreign policy and solving economic challenges, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad stated that he would soon release his plan's details.

"I am against the disqualification of any volunteer that the people consider, no one has the right to do so, and it is unconstitutional," he said.

"All the people in question should be exposed to the people's vote," he pointed.

He added that the power of a political system is not in its officials, but the real national power is the people.
