Tehran(IP) -The first Drive-Through COVID-19 Vaccination Center launched for vaccinating the people in the targeted age group scheduled by the Ministry of Health and the National Task Force for Combating Coronavirus.

Iran Press/ Iran news: The project was carried out for the first time in Sorkheh Hesar Park in Tehran.

Setting up the Drive-through Covid- 19 Vaccination Center aims to provide welfare for the citizens and increase the speed of vaccination in the shortest possible time.

The inauguration of the first Drive-through COVID-19 Vaccination Center was held on 9th May 2021 in the presence of Alireza Zali, the head of the headquarters for the management of operations against coronavirus in Tehran.
