Moscow (IP) - Iran's Ambassador to Moscow announced that the 7th cargo of the Russian COVID-19 vaccine 'Sputnik V' will be delivered to Tehran on Thursday.

Iran PressIran News: Kazem Jalali added: "According to the first contract to buy vaccines from Russia, one million vaccines (two million doses) must be sent to Iran in three weeks, and by sending this cargo, the total number of vaccines sent to Iran will reach more than 700,000 doses."

According to Iran's health ministry, so far 744,914 people in Iran have received the first dose of the corona vaccine and 193,840 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines jab in the country is 938.752 thousand doses.
