Tehran (IP) - Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Fallahzadeh was appointed as the Deputy Commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) on the proposal of the IRGC's chief commander and with the approval of the Commander–in- Chief of the Armed Forces.

Iran PressIran News: Following the martyrdom of General Mohammad Hosseinzadeh Hejazi, on the proposal of the IRGC's chief commander and with the approval of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei,   Mohammad Reza Fallahzadeh was appointed Deputy Commander of the IRGC's Quds Force.

Brig. Gen. Mohammad Reza Fallahzadeh was previously the Deputy Chief of the IRGC's Quds Force for Coordination.

He also was the commander of the 33rd Al-Mahdi Division, the commander of the 19th Fajr Division, and the commander of the IRGC in the provinces of Yazd, Isfahan, and Fars, as well as the commander of the Karbala construction camp.
