According to the statement, a joint committee of U.S., Israeli, and UK intelligence services, along with anti-revolutionary figures, admitted to the failure of the "Epic Wrath" military operation. The enemy's own assessments now concede that Iran has secured its survival, maintained its asymmetric capabilities, failed to be dictated to by the U.S., sustained control over the Strait of Hormuz, and shifted toward strategic initiative.
Having failed to achieve regime change through military strikes, the IRGC statement reveals that the enemy has updated its strategy. The new plot focuses on internal destabilization through limited periodic attacks, sparking economic and financial volatility, psychological warfare, and anti-security operations. The ultimate goal is to change Iran's "resistance mindset" to one of "subordination," transform its self-reliant defense into a dependent one, and prevent the consolidation of Iran's regional power. The statement noted that a recent confidential Mossad structure designed to exert internal pressure using local saboteurs has been uncovered and is under surveillance.
To achieve this, the enemy is focusing on seven main axes: nullifying Iran's Hormuz leverage, preventing a repeat of regional wars, downplaying the Resistance Axis's capabilities, imposing a maritime siege, eroding public unity by exaggerating domestic disagreements, magnifying internal shortcomings, and inciting street protests.
However, the IRGC highlighted that the U.S. is also facing severe internal crises. The failure to achieve objectives in Iran, combined with the negative economic backlash of regional developments, has led to the firing, demotion, or removal of over 23 U.S. military commanders and dozens of political and intelligence figures. It has also caused a significant drop in President Trump's popularity and raised widespread doubts about supporting the Zionist regime.
In response, the IRGC Intelligence Organization outlined its four-point counter-strategy:
1. Maintaining and enhancing military readiness to deliver equation-making strikes against the enemy.
2. Focusing on guiding the public and countering any actions that disrupt national calm, empathy, and unity.
3. Preventing anti-security operations by enemy spy agencies inside the country and at the borders.
4. Maintaining vigilance to confront ISIS and affiliated terrorist networks.
The statement concluded with a firm pledge to avenge the blood of the martyrs, including the martyred Leader, promising to defend a "Strong Iran" until the last drop of blood and to make the enemy regret its actions.
