Tehran (IP) - Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman stated that Tehran would return to full compliance with the JCPOA if the Europeans fulfil their obligations.

Iran PressIran news: In reaction to the latest French allegations and demands calling on Iran to adhere to its provisions of the Nuclear Deal, Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh in an interview with Iran Press said: "Europe is not in a position to claim such things when they have not committed their obligations fully, Iran has just reduced some of its obligations under JCOPA's (Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action) framework."

Recently, a spokesman for the French Foreign Ministry said that Iran's violation of JCPOA's obligations would have serious consequences and that the country should immediately adhere to all provisions of the deal.

While the IAEA  and UN reports indicated the Islamic Republic of Iran had fully implemented its obligation, the United States has tried to prevent other countries from fulfilling their obligations," Saeed Khatibzadeh told Iran Press in 'Yalda, Regional Solidarity' webinar which was held at the FM ministry.

Foreign Ministry spokesman stated: "It is natural that European parties could not meet Iran's interests in JCPOA after US unilateral withdrawal from it." "Based on the Nuclear Accord, Iran has taken five steps to reduce its commitments," he highlighted.

After signing the JCPOA, European signatories did not implement their obligations especially after the US unilateral withdrawal from the deal, Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh stated.
