Tehran (IP) - A senior Iranian MP says in a round-table discussion attended by representatives of the parliaments of Iran, Turkey, Pakistan, and Palestine, the participants underscored the opposition to the Arab-Israeli compromise.

Iran PressIran news: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press, the head of the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the Iranian Parliament Abbas Golroo added that the issue of Palestine is at a historical point, which coincided with the normalization of relations or the compromise of some Arab rulers with Israel, which has faced opposition by the Palestinian people.

The head of the Foreign Relations Committee of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of the parliament stated that the Union of Representatives of Islamic Countries held a virtual round-table on Monday and the main focus of the meeting was resolute opposition to the process of compromise and normalization of relations with the Zionist Regime.

The MP went on to say that an important point raised in this virtual meeting was the Palestinian Legislative Assembly thanked Iran's stance and Pakistan's position against the normalization process.

Golroo stressed the Islamic Consultative Assembly’s readiness to seriously cooperate with other Islamic parliaments to prevent the process of compromise with Israel.
