Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi met Omani counterpart Badr bin Hamad al-Busaidi in New York on Monday on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

The two discussed bilateral ties, regional and international issues, including Palestine, and called for global action to stop the killing of Palestinians and hold the Israeli regime accountable.

They also exchanged views on Iran’s nuclear file, with Araghchi urging Western commitment to lifting sanctions and warning against miscalculations.
