The ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Moscow and the director-general of the State Museum of Oriental Art in Russia stressed the expansion of cultural relations between the two countries.

Iran PressEurope: Iran's ambassador to Moscow, Kazem Jalali, in a meeting with the Director-General of the State Museum of Oriental Art, Alexander Sedov, said that Iranian civilization's scope is extensive and is not limited to today's geography of the country.

During the meeting, Sedov referred to his expertise in the archaeology of Iranian civilization, saying that the Iranian civilization and culture are at high levels, which can be seen in a wide area.

The director-general of the Museum announced his readiness to cooperate with Iran's museums and considered the development of this type of cultural relations as a basis for the people of the two countries to become more acquainted with each other.
