Iran Press/ Iran news: In the new round of the Joint Border Trade Committee meeting, representatives of the two countries will discuss ways to increase border exchanges, strengthen trade, facilitate customs measures, and implement a joint strategy to increase trade cooperation during the coronavirus outbreak.
Deputy Governor of Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan Province for economic affairs Mandana Zanganeh is chairing the Iranian delegation, and the Head of Pakistan's Balochistan Customs Abdul Waheed Marwat is chairing the Pakistani delegation for the two-day summit.
Representatives of the Pakistani Consulate General in Zahedan, the Iranian Consulate General in Quetta, the Pakistani Balochistan Customs, members of the Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry, representatives of the two provinces, officials from the ministries of railways, roads, and transportation and the Iran-Pakistan Border Forces are attending the two-day meeting.
Sistan and Baluchestan Province shares more than 900 kilometers of border with Pakistan, which has a large capacity in terms of trade and border exchanges with this large and populous country.
