Iran, Pakistan stress cooperation to fight draught

Announcing Tehran's readiness to expand cooperation with Islamabad in the field of environment, the Iranian ambassador to Pakistan called for a joint effort between the two countries to erase desert and deal with drought.

Iran PressAsia: In his meeting with Pakistan's Minister of State for Climate Change Zartaj Gul, Iran's ambassador to Islamabad Mohammad Ali Hosseini discussed cooperation to erase desert and fight drought.

Also, during the meeting, the two sides discussed Iran-Pakistan cooperation in the environment and climate change field.

Earlier Iran- Pakistan discussed the expansion of cooperation in the field of ports and seas and also the need to fight the Coronavirus and consultations continuation between the two countries.
