Isfahan (IP) - The first day of Iran's biggest scientific competition started with the participation of 113,732 volunteers of the Art entrance exam and with strict observance of health protocols throughout the country, including the city of Isfahan.

Iran Press/Iran news: This year, according to the guidelines of the National Headquarters for Fighting Coronavirus, in order to observe more health measures and with the aim of preventing volunteers of entering universities to grappling with coronavirus, the number of days for holding Iran's biggest scientific competition has increased from two to four days.

Volunteers of the Math and Humanities entrance exams will compete on Thursday morning with 510,830 participants.

The 594,254 volunteers of the science entrance exam will compete on Friday, and finally, the foreign language exam will be held next Saturday with 174,412 volunteers competing.

This year, 1,399,233 volunteers are participating in the five disciplines of Iran's largest scientific competition and compared to last year, it shows an increase of 24,000 people.
