Pakistan slams US, Europe for not implementing JCPOA

Islamabad (IP) - The chairman of the Pakistani Senate's Foreign Relations Commission criticized European countries' politicization and the US' norm-breaking policies regarding the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran Press/Asia: Mushahid Hussain Syed stated that the west politicization and not adhering to the international laws regarding JCPOA will bring them a bad record.

"Following the of the US pressures right after its unilateral withdrawal from the JCPOA, the European signatories to the deal did not fulfill their obligations under the pact, which is a violation of their own promises," he added.

The official also noted that "The US fighter jets' harassment of Mahan airliner is a clear example of the government's lawbreaking measures" and said that entering the international no-fly zone and aggressive behavior against any country is an obvious violation of international laws.

Announcing his satisfaction with the 25-year strategic agreement between Iran and China, Mushahid Hussain Syed stated that the Pakistani government welcomes such plans which expand regional relations.
