Saudi-led coalition warplanes bombed, 50 times, different cities in Yemen over the past 24 hours as airstrikes on Yemen continue.

Iran PressMiddle East: According to the Al-Masirah news network, Saudi jet fighters have targeted the Al Majzaz and Al Madqal cities 41 times in the past 24 hours and Al Abdiyah district in Ma'rib Governorate nine times.

In addition, fighters from the anti-Yemeni coalition, led by Saudi Arabia, bombed the city of Nata in al-Bayda province four times and the city of Shada in Saada province one time.

Meanwhile, Saudi-American fighters on Sunday bombed areas in Marb, Al-Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, and al-Bayda provinces.

Saudi Arabia and a number of its regional allies launched a devastating campaign against Yemen in March 2015, with the goal of bringing the government of former president Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi back to power and crushing Ansarullah.

The war has also taken a heavy toll on the country’s infrastructure, destroying hospitals, schools, and factories. The UN says over 24 million Yemenis are in dire need of humanitarian aid, including 10 million suffering from extreme levels of hunger.
