Two individuals accused of attempting to break into an armory at a military site in Tehran during the unrest that started on 28 December 2025 have been executed by hanging, according to Iranian judicial authorities.

Mohammad Amin Biglari and Shahin Vahedparast were found guilty of trespassing on a classified military facility, participating in its destruction and arson, and trying to access the armory. The Supreme Court approved their final death sentence.

According to the report, during the riots, several enemy-backed elements sought to infiltrate military sites to steal weapons and equipment to carry out mass killings of civilians. Police stations and military bases were among the targets that rioters failed to penetrate.
