Iran Press/Iran news: In an interview with Al-Jazeera news network which parts of it were released on Monday, Brigadier General Dehqan also talks about Iran's relations with the UAE.

Gen. Dehqan further stressed that Iran supports the national consensus government in Tripoli, which is recognized by international circles.
He called some remarks about Iran's support for Haftar's forces in eastern Libya ridiculous, adding that Iran was calling on all sides to find a political solution on Libya.
Since 2011, Libya has faced widespread political tensions and military conflicts following the popular uprising and military offensive by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) aimed at ousting long time dictator, Muammar Gaddafi.
We are not negotiating with Trump at all
The Leader's military advisor, meanwhile, stressed that Iran would not negotiate at all with US President Donald Trump because "we consider him a criminal, not a president."
US measures in the Persian Gulf will not go unanswered
Dehqan also noted that Iran will not negotiate on its missile system and regional policies.
The Leader's military advisor added that any US military measures against Iran in the waters of the Persian Gulf will not go unanswered and will be met with a serious response.
Riyadh must admit its defeat in Yemen
Dehqan stressed that what is happening in Yemen is futile military chaos that Saudi Arabia is primarily responsible for.
He added that Riyadh must acknowledge its defeat in the war in Yemen and adopt a new policy.
Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) have launched a large-scale offensive against Yemen since April 2015 in a coalition of several Western and Arab countries, with the help of the United States, under the pretext of bringing back the resigned and fugitive President Mansour Hadi.
