Lebanese PM urges decisive fight against corruption

The Lebanese Prime Minister said that the way to save the country from the current crisis is a decisive and comprehensive fight against corruption.

Iran PressMiddle East: The Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab said on Tuesday that the corruption has infiltrated the entire country, entered the government and various sectors, and has led to moral collapse. 

Calling fight against corruption as the top priority of his government, Diab called any support in this regard whether on behalf of the world's states or on behalf of the Lebanese nation as 'necessary'.

The Lebanese government of national unity which is also technocrat has done its best to solve the problem of foreign debt and reorganize the economic situation, and it is facing a new wave of opposition efforts these days, which are pursuing their political goals by staging street protests. 104/207
