The competition took place from August 25 to 27, 2023, in Beirut, Lebanon.
Among these were 27 gold, 14 silver, and 6 bronze medals across various categories in the prestigious sporting events.
Following closely behind Iran, the teams from Iraq and Lebanon secured second and third place respectively.
