Tehran (IP) - Head of Public Relations and Information Center of the Ministry of Health announced that so far 121,04 of total infected people have recovered.

Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's Ministry of Health and Medical Education Spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour on Monday, June 1st reported the latest data on the coronavirus in the country and the deaths caused by the virus

Jahanpour said, "According to the definitive laboratory findings and from yesterday to June 1st in the country, 2,979 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed in the country and the number of patients with this disease reached 154,445."

Fortunately, 121,04 patients have recovered and have been discharged so far, Jahanpour added.

The Spokesman said, "Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, 81 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, and 7,787 people have lost their lives in the country to date."

He stated, "2,578 patients are in a critical condition."

So far, 955,865 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," the Health Ministry spokesman said.
