Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) member states while condemning the Zionist regime's intention to annex West Bank to occupied territories called for an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council.

Iran Press/America: Members of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) on Saturday issued a statement condemning any future Israeli actions regarding the annexation of the West Bank to the occupied territories, calling it a gross violation of international law, including the UN Charter, the Fourth Geneva Convention and numerous UN Security Council resolutions.

The statement called on the international community to take serious action against the Zionist regime's illegal actions in violation of international law, especially the annexation of Palestinian territories, and to hold the regime accountable for its illegal, oppressive actions.

Members of the Non-Aligned Movement also called the international community to end trade relations with the Zionist regime and a ban on the import of products produced by that regime in the occupied lands.

The Zionist regime intends to occupy parts of the west bank of the Jordan River from July and annex it to the occupied territories.
