Jordan warns Zionist regime over annexing West Bank to occupied territories

The Jordanian Foreign Minister warned about the Israeli regime’s annexation of the West Bank and the Jordan Valley to the occupied territories of Palestine, calling it a catastrophic move.

Iran Press/Middle East:  In a phone call with his Spanish counterpart  Arancha González on Wednesday, the Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi talked over the ways to prevent the Israeli regime from annexing the West Bank to the occupied territories of Palestine.

Jordan's foreign minister openly opposed any Israeli move to annex the Palestinian territories to the occupied parts, calling it a violation of international law.

He said any decision of Tel Aviv to annex the settlements in the West Bank to the occupied territories is a catastrophic move which ruins the opportunities for realizing peace, leading the region to the escalation of conflicts.

The Israeli regime is going to occupy parts of the West Bank in July and annex them to the territories that has occupied in Palestine.
