Tehran (IP) - President Hassan Rouhani said that the US sanctions against Iran are in contrast to the human rights principles, and while all countries in the world are fighting with Coronavirus these illegal oppositions could be dangerous.

Iran PressIran News: In a phone conversation on Monday, President Hassan Rouhani and Indonesian President Joko Widodo congratulated the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan to the governments and nations of the two countries, expressing hope that Ramadan will be full of blessings for all Muslims.

The Presidents of Iran and Indonesia also emphasized the need to develop cooperation in this area and exchange experiences, scientific and technological achievements for combating Coronavirus.

Rouhani noted, "The Islamic Republic of Iran has achieved good results in the field of science and technology and supply and construction of requirements such as Coronavirus diagnostic test kits, ventilators, CT scanning, and N95 face masks, and is ready to cooperate with Indonesia in this regard."

Referring to the friendly and historical relations between the two countries, the Presidents of Iran and Indonesia expressed hope that the holding of the 13th session of the Joint Commission on Cooperation between the two countries would accelerate the implementation of agreements between the two sides and further expand Tehran-Jakarta relations.

"Today, Corona has created difficult conditions for the world, and in the current situation, all countries, especially Islamic countries, must help each other," Indonesia's Joko Widodo said.
