Tehran (IP) - President Hassan Rouhani returned to Tehran after an official visit to Malaysia and Japan, describIng his talks with Japanese and Malaysian counterparts as useful.

Iran Press/Iran news: President Hassan Rouhani returned to Tehran after an official visit to Malaysia and Japanو describIng his talks with Japanese and Malaysian counterparts as useful.

According to Iran Press, upon his arrival at Tehran after wrapping upon his visit to Malaysia and Japan, Rouhani gave a recapitulation of his talks with officials in the two countries.

He expressed satisfaction with meeting with the Malaysian and Japanese officials, describing the visits as useful.

Heading a high-profile delegation, Rouhani visited Malaysia to attend the 2019 Kuala Lumpur Summit.

During his stay in Malaysia, he held talks with the Prime Minister of Malaysia Mahathir Mohamad, Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an.

He also delivered a speech in a meeting with Iranian nationals living in Malaysia. Japan was the last leg of President Rouhani’s trip to East Asia. 212/102
