Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, who was on a trip to Japan at the official invitation of the Japanese Prime Minister, left Tokyo for Tehran.

Iran Press/Iran news: President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hassan Rouhani was on a trip to Japan at the official invitation of the Japanese Prime Minister.

Japan was the last leg of President Rouhani’s trip to East Asia according to Iran Press.

During the visit, President Hassan Rouhani and Prime Minister Abe Shinzo had a meeting and discussed bilateral, regional and international issues of interest, Iran Press reported, quoting official presidential website.

Rouhani also had a meeting with senior Japanese economic officials and elites a few hours before leaving Tokyo.

At the end of this visit, Rouhani signed the painting called “Tree of Friendship” as the symbol of the 90th anniversary of the establishment of Iran-Japan political relations.

Heading a high-profile delegation, Rouhani visited Malaysia to attend the 2019 Kuala Lumpur Summit.

During his stay in Malaysia, he held talks with the Prime Minister of Malaysia Mahathir Mohamad, Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an.

He also delivered a speech in a meeting with Iranian nationals living in Malaysia.   212/211/101
