Major General Hussein Salami

The top commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) has said America is worried about the increasing power and clout of Islamic resistance groups.

Iran Press/Iran news: Speaking on Sunday Major General Hussein Salami said the Islamic lands are full of dedicated and selfless young people who are willing to fight and sacrifice  their lives for Islam.

He said the United States is concerned about the increasing power of Islamic resistance groups, reported Iran Press.

Major General Salami went on to refer to a solid reply by Palestinian resistance groups in Gaza to The Zionist regime's continuing aggression and crimes, when they fired more than 600 missiles at the occupied territories. Salami added: "The power of resistance groups has led to a retreat by both the Zionists and the Americans."

He pointedly added: "America looks like a formidable foe but it is vulnerable, and it is rotten from the inside. Both the Americans and the Zionists are on a slippery slope and their power is fading away."

The top commander of the IRGC went on to stress that Iran's armed forces are fully ready to respond to any threats by the enemies.203/211
