Iran PressAfrica: Niger's senior military officials and foreign diplomats residing in Niamey attended the 45th-anniversary celebration of the victory of the Islamic Revolution at the Bravia Hotel on Monday evening and congratulated the Iranian ambassador in Niger.

During the celebration, Mehdi Kardoost, Iran's ambassador in Niamey, condemned the actions of the Israeli regime in Gaza and criticized the support they receive from the United States and the United Kingdom.

According to the Iranian ambassador in Niamey, Palestinians are currently being denied their most basic rights, including the right to life and self-determination. The ambassador further stated that the actions of the Israeli regime are similar to those of an apartheid regime and that the world's public opinion is calling for an end to the regime's crimes in Gaza.
