Iran Press/ Middle East: In an exhibition held on Thursday, a range of new arms, including ballistic missiles, drones, anti-tank missiles, and artillery, as well as light and heavy weapons all made in Yemen was unveiled.
The chairman of Yemen's Political Supreme Council Mahdi al-Mashat who attended the expo considered the achievements as a victory for the Yemeni nation, stressing that all of the equipment was produced by the Yemeni experts.
The Defense Minister of the Yemeni National Salvation Government Mohammad Nasser al-Atefi announced two months ago that the Yemeni armed forces had high-tech systems that would create significant changes in the strategy of confronting the US-backed Saudi-UAE coalition's war on Yemen.
He also stated that his country managed to gain good achievements in manufacturing surface-to-surface ballistic missiles, as well as heavy, semi-heavy, and light weapons.
Saudi Arabia, with the support of the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and several other countries, has been invading and besieging Yemen since March 2015.
