Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Esmael Baghaei called the recent U.S.-Israel attacks on Iran's nuclear facilities against the UN Security Council resolutions and IAEA Resolution 533.

In response to Iran Press on his weekly presser on Monday, Baghaei said: "The actions taken by the US and the Israeli regime against nuclear facilities in Boushehr, Arak, and Isfahan are crimes. According to the IAEA, these actions are not accepted, and what is more regrettable is the silence of the International Atomic Energy Organization and its Director General and Rafael Grossi."

"For several times, Grossi has adopted a very wrong approach and, instead of condemning the aggressors, he uses phrases in his interviews that complicate the situation. Of course, the mere condemnation of a party that is responsible for nuclear non-proliferation is unacceptable," he added.

Foreign Ministry Spokesman went on to say that, unfortunately, the Director General of IAEA has not had a decent record in the last two years, both due to the lack of condemnation and lack of impartiality.

The first thing the Agency should do is condemn the violations, but so far, we have not seen it. We maintain our responsibilities, but our demand remains, Baghaei concluded.
