Pezeshkian engaged directly with store managers and operational teams, assessing modern mechanisms for fair distribution of essential goods during periods of crisis. He described every retail and supply outlet as “a front line in the country’s hybrid and all‑out economic warfare,” saying that “keeping markets calm and assuring citizens of the abundance of goods is no less than a form of resistance on the battlefield.”
In warm conversations with employees and staff, Pezeshkian expressed appreciation for their continuous service, describing them as “silent fighters” in defense of the nation’s livelihood. He commended their round‑the‑clock efforts in maintaining supply stability despite ongoing challenges.
Iran's president also issued directives to streamline logistics for strategic commodities, called for enhanced support for distribution enterprises, and emphasized permanent oversight of pricing to prevent any exploitation of consumers.
The visit was intended not just as an inspection but as an act of solidarity with workers sustaining Iran’s economic backbone under extraordinary wartime pressure.
