Iranian MP: Taliban needs to expand ties with countries

Tehran (IP) - A senior Iranian lawmaker says the Taliban's relations with other countries and also with Iran are not extensive, but due to deep cultural and historical ties between the two nations, it is expected that the Taliban would expand its relations with the Islamic Republic because Afghanistan is Iran's biggest neighbor.
