lack of US political decision, obstacle to agreement in Vienna: FM

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Foreign Minister in a meeting with the coordinator for nuclear talks said the lack of a US political decision to lift sanctions is an obstacle to achieving the final agreement in Vienna and it is a top priority for Iran to enjoy full economic benefits and effective lifting of sanctions.
